ML-6394: Astrid

Hailing from the seafaring clan Akio, Astrid has always had wanderlust - a strong desire to go out and explore the world. Her father, being a captain, would always take her out on expeditions with him - folks from her clan like to say that she was practically born on a ship. She had the best childhood one could ask for; her entire clan was like family to her thanks to the tendency of parents to take care of all kits.

When her father eventually passed away, Astrid felt more free than ever - a feeling she didn't think possible. She used the opportunity to travel everywhere she could, seeing everything she could and experiencing what a lot of Vespers could only dream of.

At one point, Astrid used her ship for a solo expedition - this time she wouldn't be returning back to her clan though. During her teenage years traveling with her father, she had had an encounter in a forest with a mysterious but beautiful voice in a forest. Upon investigating on her own, she caught a glimpse of a stunning foxlike Vesper with the voice of a Goddess. As swiftly as she had seen her, however, the Vesper disappeared. Her goal now was to find the girl she had met that day.

After what felt like an eternity of searching. they met one another, and later down the line Astrid proposed to her. They got married not long after, and now they live a cozy and very happy life together.
